We search for your clinic name and city, then ask you to confirm the clinic website. Search results are not verified business listings.
5 signals, 20 points each
We retrieve the selected page as text. We look for your city, recognizable treatment words, booking or contact text, a Google Maps link, and treatment-page links.
Each signal found earns 20 points. The score describes retrieved website text only. It is not a Google visibility score or a prediction.
A 100/100 score means those 5 signals were found. It does not mean your clinic’s marketing is complete.
What can be missed
Menus, embedded widgets, images, and content loaded by scripts may not appear in retrieved text. A missing signal means “not found,” not “absent.”
We do not test booking completion, website speed, mobile usability, or whether linked pages work. The next checks ask you to verify these details yourself.
Sources, not invented comparisons
Every check links to the clinic website and records the retrieval date. The other clinic websites come from a separate city search.
We do not grade those other websites. Search order is not a local ranking. Check each clinic’s address and treatment fit before comparing.

Optional Google profile facts
If the website links to an exact Google Maps profile, we try retrieving it. Its website and city must match.
We show rating, review totals, and photo totals only when those fields appear. Missing values remain unknown, not zero.
These facts carry their own source date and do not change the website score. Old saved checks are not re-fetched.
Optional same-city profile comparisons
New checks try up to 8 discovered clinic websites and retain up to 3 profiles. Each must match its website and city.
Matched profiles show business addresses and dated rating, review, and photo totals. Missing values stay unknown.
This is a small discovery sample, not a local ranking or city average. Confirm each location and treatment fit yourself.
Comparison retrieval is optional and time-limited. Failed or unmatched sources do not stop your website check or change its score.
Count differences and manual next checks
When a matched clinic has more reviews or photos, we show the exact count difference and both dated sources.
For each metric, we compare with the largest retrieved total in this small sample. Missing totals are excluded, never treated as zero.
More reviews or photos do not prove better rankings. Counts do not measure recency, replies, or photo quality.
The suggested actions are manual checks with Google guidance. They do not change the website score or set a target.
